Sulphur Springs: Do you Dig Archeology?

October 1 at 2:30pm to at 3:30pm

October is Archaeology month, celebrate with us by learning about the science of past human life and the study of bones, tools, and other remnants of ancient peoples. Learn more about the area that makes up Cooper Lake State Park and what archaeology has taught us about our past. We will try our hand at excavating and see what we can learn from our own findings. So be ready to do some digging! We will meet at the Gulls Bluff Group Pavilion. Bring water. This program may be cancelled because of weather. Contact the park office for updated information.
