Dallas: Exhibit of Tom Lea Drawings for the 1936 Texas Centennial Murals, American Gallery Presentation by Adair Margo

Curator Sue Canterbury displays preparatory Tom Lea drawings for the cowboy on the north wall of the G.B. Dealey Library in the West Texas room of the Hall of State at Fair Park. The drawings are being exhibited in public for the first time, on loan from the private collections of Doug and Lizzie Craig and Paul and Janet Hobby of Houston. Adair Margo will share the history of the murals, placing them in the context of other public works by Tom Lea.
