Fort Worth: Sundance Square

Both locals and visitors are attracted to the bright lights of downtown Fort Worth - now recognized as one of the cleanest, safest and most walkable urban areas in the nation. This is the very heart of Fort Worth, where millions of people come to dine, shop and be entertained, mixed with the thousands of people who work and live downtown. Day and night, downtown Fort Worth is bustling with excitement and activity. It's a place where historic buildings co-exist with towering modern skyscrapers - home to some of America's leading businesses.

This entertainment and shopping district has won numerous national awards for its successful revitalization. Today, it offers 35 blocks of sheer pleasure - with great restaurants, nightlife spots, shops, art galleries and performing arts venues - all in a beautifully restored, historic atmosphere.

At the other end of downtown, the Omni Fort Worth Hotel rises into the sky above the Fort Worth Convention Center and Fort Worth Water Gardens.

Take a stroll along the red-brick streets or climb aboard Molly the Trolley, a free service that circulates between downtown hotels and hot spots.
