The Meyer Observatory is a research center that offers Open Houses once a month, they also have personal observing programs, and conduct events at schools, public parks and at the Meyer Observatory.

From Clifton take Hwy 219 south to FM 182. Turn left onto FM 182. The Observatory is on the right just after you pass the Coryell/Bosque County line at maker 14801.

The Meyer Observatory is located at 14801 FM 182 Clifton, TX. The Central Texas Astronomical Society run the observatory. They have a research quality telescope. The observatory's members help guide young people in Central Texas to compete in science fairs and to perform astronomical research in collaboration with leading. They conduct regular programs for the public
